MICHAELA

 Hey! I’m Michaela, the second salon apprentice here in Connecticut and a proud member of the Salon Space team since “officially” joining in May 2023 (though you may have seen me in the salon for the past four years! Kate’s my step mom). 

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me painting, exploring nature, or adding some creative flair as the salon’s designated chalkboard artist. 

I have three younger brothers, which means I’m no stranger to teamwork and lending a helping hand whenever it’s needed. I’m constantly learning and growing, taking courses at Eli Whitney and Jessica’s Color Room as well as education here at Salon Space, to refine my skills and bring the best to every client.

 My favorite part of this career is connecting with people and seeing their faces light up with a smile after a fresh new style. 

My team describes me as having a quiet, soft, and comforting demeanor—a calming presence in the hustle and bustle of the salon. I’m here to make sure your experience is not only enjoyable but one to remember.

 I’m on track to be a licensed hair stylist by September 2025! Let’s create something beautiful together!
